What are the different type of Cam Follower?

What is Cam Follower?

The Cam Follower is a compact bearing with a high-rigidity shaft and a built-in needle bearing. Most suitable as a guide roller for cam mechanisms and linear motion of automated machines and dedicated machines.

What are the type of Cam Follower?

Cam Follower came in different Series of Model.

1.Model CF:- This model is a low cost cam follower with a screwdriver slot or a hexagonal socket on the bolt head. The stainless steel type (symbol M) is suitable for clean-room applications because it does not generate rust from the outside atmosphere and has less dust.

2.Model CFT:- Like the basically popular types of cam floors, this model has a threaded hole for the pipe to the bolt head and bolt. Ideal for places where an integrated piping system is required for lubrication.

3.Model CFH:- This type can be installed in the same mounting hole as the general-purpose cam follower. Since the mounting axis of the stud and the head of the stud are eccentric from 0.25 mm to 1.0 mm, the position of this model can be easily adjusted by turning the bolt. Therefore, it is an eccentric, compact and high precision cam follower with integral structure.

4.Model CFN:- Based on the popular type of cam follower, this model is integrated with a push load ball. Axial loads can be accommodated due to mounting errors.

5.Model CFS:- Since the outer diameter of the outer ring is very small compared to the diameter of the stud, this cam follower can be adapted to a very compact design.

6.Model CF-SFU:- To simplify installation, the flat head slot can be machined into a bolt and secured with a screw. Ideal for devices that do not have space to secure the bolts.
